We start everyone with a Foundations Course - and it's fun!  The purpose of the course is to develop a basic proficiency in and understanding of the exercises used in class, dial in form and technique, and acclimate individuals to the style of CrossFit workouts. You'll also meet our crew of coaches who will show you that above all, we believe in coaching and teaching in a welcoming, fun, and safe environment.

Memberships are discounted to $160 a month on a month-to-month basis (fundamentals are included).

  • New members are required to take 3 beginners' classes before entering a regular class. If your schedule cannot accommodate for those specific class times, please contact rusty@norcalcrossfit.com to schedule a one-on-one with a coach.
  • We offer Beginners' classes at both GO and YB locations everyday at 3:30pm.
